WHAT YOUR DOCTOR HAS TOLD YOU IS WRONG

YOUR BABY’S SLEEP AND FEELING OF EMOTIONAL SAFETY IS PRIORITY ONE & non-negotiable for the first 3 years of their life.

THS PRIORITY WILL GIVE YOUR BABY THE BEST CHANCE FOR MINIMIZING ANY CHANCE FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES INTO THE FUTURE

This workshop will teach you why, and then of course HOW to ensure your baby’s emotional and mental well being into the future

Nurtured sleep involves being fully present and responsive to our babies.

Nurtured sleep does not involve sleep training or leaving babies to cry alone for any duration of time, nor does it involve reducing your response to your baby's needs.

The Nurtured Sleep approach goes beyond traditional infant sleep methods by highlighting that infant brain development is critical to supporting your baby, and sleep plays a crucial role in shaping their overall learning and well-being. Hi, I’m Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, PHD!

Transforming lives by improving the mental health of babies and parents is my life's work. Throughout my neuroscience career at The University of Toronto and Columbia University, with training at NYU and Yale - I have studied how genetics and experience shape the brain, nervous system and body to influence lifelong mental and physical health. As a neuroscientist, doula, mother and educator, I am passionate about bringing this knowledge to families to create a nurtured future for our babies and the planet.

“I can’t thank you enough for all you managed to do in that one consultation. You helped us lean into nurturing him and following his lead. Since our consultation, he’s only had one night where he couldn’t settle. Bedtime is 1000x easier.”

- Lauren, tired new parent
